By using StickPix, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StickPix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of Service
You may use StickPix to generate stickers from your own photos. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights. Generated stickers are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise licensed.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
4. Intellectual Property
You own the stickers generated from your photos. StickPix retains the right to display generated examples for marketing purposes only with explicit consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
StickPix is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
