1. Description of Service

StickPix is an AI-powered sticker generation tool that allows you to upload a photo and receive AI-generated sticker images in various styles. The Service is available in free and Pro tiers.

2. Account Registration

• You must create an account and log in to use the Service.
• Account registration is via Google sign-in. By signing in, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You may not share your account with others.

3. Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier

• 3 free sticker generations for new users
• Uses FLUX.1-schnell model via FAL.ai
• Standard resolution

Pro Tier

• 50 credits per month
• All styles available
• Higher resolution (up to 1024px)
• Priority generation queue
• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Yearly: $49.99/year (billed annually)

4. User Content and Uploads

Your Responsibility

• You represent that you own or have legal right to use all photos you upload.
• You must not upload photos of other people without their consent.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or violates anyone's rights.

Photo Processing

• Uploaded photos are processed by AI to generate sticker images.
• Your original photo is automatically deleted within 1 hour after generation.
• Generated sticker images are available for download and automatically deleted after 7 days.
• Our team cannot access your photos or generated content.

Generated Content

• You may use your generated stickers for personal and commercial purposes.
• Due to the evolving nature of AI-generated content law, we cannot guarantee copyright protection for generated images in all jurisdictions.
• StickPix does not guarantee that generated content will be free from intellectual property concerns or suitable for any specific purpose.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

• Generate stickers from photos you do not own or have permission to use
• Create content involving minors in inappropriate contexts
• Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property or personality rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Generated content is checked for safety. Content flagged as inappropriate will be blocked from display. Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund.

6. Payment and Subscription

Payment Processing

• Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.
• By subscribing to Pro, you authorize PayPal to charge your selected payment method.
• All prices ($4.99/month or $49.99/year) are in USD and do not include local taxes or VAT. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• Via Account Settings on stickpix.art
• Via your PayPal account subscription settings
• By emailing us at support@stickpix.art

After cancellation, Pro features remain available until the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

StickPix Brand

StickPix and the StickPix logo are trademarks of the service operator. All rights reserved.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos. By uploading, you grant StickPix a limited, non-exclusive license to process the photo solely for the purpose of generating stickers.

Generated Content

You may use generated stickers for personal and commercial purposes. Due to the evolving nature of AI copyright law, we make no guarantees about copyright protection in all jurisdictions.

StickPix is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected toZalo, VNG Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. "Zalo-style" is used descriptively to refer to a visual art style, not to imply any official relationship.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• The quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That generated content will be free from intellectual property issues

AI-generated content is for entertainment and creative purposes only. It is not suitable for professional advice, commercial design guarantee, or any purpose requiring guaranteed quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StickPix and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to StickPix in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings or by emailing support@stickpix.art.

Upon account deletion:

• Your Pro subscription will be canceled
• Your email will be removed from our database
• Any remaining photos and generated content will be deleted per our retention schedule

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
