14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with StickPix Pro, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date.
Refund Calculation
Refunds are calculated based on usage:
Refund = $4.99 − (credits used × $0.10)

| Moderate usage | 25 | $2.49 |
| Heavy usage | 40 | $0.99 |
| Minimum threshold | 40+ | No refund (below $1.00) |
Minimum refund amount: $1.00. If the calculated refund is less than $1.00, no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@stickpix.art
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- Include your account email
- We will calculate your refund and process it within 5–10 business days

Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee
- After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges after cancellation

Free Tier
The free tier has no charges and no refund applies.
Payment Method for Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal). Processing time depends on PayPal and your bank (typically 5–10 business days).
